This policy explains what happens to information connected to your use of YouConcierge: the tools on this site, email contact, and basic website hosting.

The Weekly Concierge Planner and Checklist Center

Both tools run entirely in your browser using a feature called localStorage. When you add a priority, a task, a commitment, or check off a checklist item, that information is saved only on your own device, under storage keys beginning with youconcierge:. It is never transmitted to our servers, because our servers never see it in the first place — there is no backend receiving this data, and no account system tied to it.

This also means:

• If you clear your browser's site data, switch browsers, or use a different device, your saved plans and checklist progress will not be there.
• We cannot see, recover, or restore your planner or checklist data, because we never have a copy of it.
• Exporting your plan as a JSON file, printing it, or copying a summary are actions that happen entirely on your device; nothing is uploaded when you use these features.
• Importing a JSON file loads it directly into your browser's local storage; it is not sent anywhere else in the process.

Website Hosting Logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs of requests made to this site (for example, IP address, browser type, and the page requested) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently use this data for analytics, advertising, or personalization.

Email Contact

If you email us through the address on our Contact page, we retain that correspondence only to respond to your message and to keep a record of any correction you reported. We do not add contacts to a marketing list from this correspondence.

Future Changes

If we introduce analytics, advertising, or any feature that changes how data is collected or used, we will update this policy before that feature goes live, and we will describe the change clearly here.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
