Corrections

We want every guide on YouConcierge to be accurate and current. This page explains how we handle mistakes when they happen.
How to Report an Issue
If you find something inaccurate, outdated, broken, or unclear on this site, please let us know through our Contact page. Include the page URL and a short description of the issue — that's usually enough for us to investigate.
What Happens Next
- We review the reported issue against the published guide and, where relevant, against any linked source.
- If a correction is needed, we update the guide directly rather than publishing a separate correction notice elsewhere on the site.
- The guide's "Updated" date is refreshed to reflect the change.
- For a significant factual correction (one that changes the guide's practical recommendation, not a typo or formatting fix), we note the nature of the change at the bottom of the corrected section.
What Counts as a Correction
Typos, broken links, and formatting issues are fixed as routine maintenance and are not tracked individually. Corrections to substantive claims, numbers, or recommendations are the ones we take most seriously and prioritize for review.
Response Time
We aim to review correction reports within a reasonable timeframe, though response time can vary. We don't guarantee a specific turnaround, but every report is read.
